Generating barcodes from a spreadsheet
The usual workflow starts in Excel or Google Sheets: one column of SKUs, product codes, or URLs. Export that sheet as CSV, or simply copy the column and paste it into the box above — both routes end up as one value per line.
Validation runs per row, so an invalid UPC in row 47 is flagged individually instead of failing the whole batch. That matters when you are cleaning up a legacy product list, because the errors tell you exactly which codes need fixing.
For label sheets, export SVG and place the vectors in your label template rather than dropping in PNGs. Raster images get resampled by print drivers, and resampled bar edges are the single most common cause of a barcode that scans on screen but not on paper.
