30-day money-back guarantee

Codeforge, operated by Code Forger, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. If a Pro or Business subscription is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date — including a renewal charge — and we will refund it.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle processes refunds and handles billing enquiries.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or email us at support@codeforger.app and we will arrange it with Paddle for you. You do not need to give a reason, though feedback helps us improve the product.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes them within a few business days; how quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer. You will receive confirmation from Paddle by email.

Once a refund is issued, the related subscription is cancelled and paid features — bulk generation above the free limit, dynamic QR codes and API access — stop being available.

Cancelling instead of refunding

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page or the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel and also want the most recent charge refunded, ask us within the 30-day window.

Free tools

Single barcode and QR code generation is free, unlimited and watermark-free, so there is nothing to refund there. You can test every symbology and download real files before deciding to pay.

Beyond 30 days and statutory rights

Requests made after 30 days are considered case by case — write to us and we will look at it fairly, for example where a technical fault prevented you from using the plan you paid for. Consumer refund rights under Paddle's terms and under the law of your country of residence always apply in addition to this policy. See Paddle's Refund Policy for details.
