Ticket QR codes work best when each ticket carries a unique reference that your door list or scanning app can check off — an order ID, a seat reference, or a signed token. Encoding the same value on every ticket defeats the point, because a single photographed code lets an unlimited number of people in.
Generate one code per ticket from a CSV of references on the bulk generator, print at 20 mm or larger, and keep high contrast: door staff scan under bad lighting and a low-contrast code costs you queue time. Test-scan a printed sample with the actual device your team will use.

Troubleshooting scan failures
Slow queues at the gate
Increase the printed size and error correction, and light the scanning position properly.
Phone screens fail to scan
Screen brightness and cracked glass. Have staff ask for full brightness, and keep a manual reference lookup as a fallback.
Duplicate entries
Codes must be validated against a server that marks them used. A QR code alone proves nothing about single use.
Tickets creased in pockets
Level H error correction survives moderate damage far better than level L.
